Kate started her business over 15 years ago out of her home. She took her love of monogramming and has made her mark, well at least her monogramming mark in the Charlotte area. She has curated her store in Birkdale Village into a preppy paradise complete with personalized jewelry, bags, housewares, stationery, and more.
She accomplished all this while raising her 3 children, Georgia, Lily and Jack, who have always come first in her life. She has been able to be at soccer games, cheerleading practice, pick up from school, and got the first one off to College of Charleston, where the next one will join her sister next year! This would not be possible without the amazing team she has created at Poppies.
